Blogtober has begun, and last night I had a stroll through the pubs in my immediate locale, then into Oldham Centre on a Friday night for the first time in a decade (it was dead, so didn’t feel comfortable wandering into any establishments for the sole purpose of nicking beermats). Hence, I stopped off in Failsworth- much the same, so I moved onto the city centre and spent most of the night trying to find busy enough pubs to stroll into without buying anything.
Manchester was also pretty dead, although the Northern Quarter had some life to it. In the whole night I managed to pick up an entire 4 beermats.
