The
Birdcage, choice of club for many a hen do / reality TV appearance
for a period of over 10 years, closed for good in May last year. The
unit has been vacant until recently, when it has been revealed that
the company behind Northern Quarter games bar The Roxy Ballroom has bought the space.
Roxy Leisure now have 2 venues in Manchester,
the first being at the Market St end of Deansgate, adding to its 8
other outlets mostly across Leeds and Birmingham.
