Shining a Light on Suicide

Please take a moment to check out this awareness video from Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership. It features a good friend of mine who has opened up about his mental health challenges. Shining A Light On Suicide wants to support you 'if you are bereaved by suicide or concerned that someone you know may be thinking of suicide.'

A few months ago some friends of mine and I from support group Andy's Man Club in Oldham got together to do a mock-up of a regular Monday night meeting (now obviously held online) to be included in the video.
