I wasn't the subject- my MMA instructors were, Dave and Ian Butlin.
Dyer paid Quannum Martial Arts a visit in 2009. I met Dyer during a
training session, and a few months later I had a cameo on Bravo. It's
taken me 'til this Christmas to actually search for it. Check me out
on the punch bag at 1:00 in.
