Suggested time was 50 mins. Took me 74. Not too bad. The paneer – buffalo or cow milk curdled with fruit or veg acid—doesn’t look like it’s been in the oven at all, but it was definitely melted. All the ingredients, including Nigella seeds that I’d never heard of, were easily sourced in Tesco.
A good Indian twist on an Italian classic.
