This was a really interesting and challenging recipe for a few reasons.
First, I had to go to three different supermarkets to find all the ingredients. Aldi was the only one with tuna steaks, and Tesco was the only one with black sesame seeds, for example.
I added in a sweet and normal potato to bulk it up for three people. Time in the book was 40 mins, took me over 60.
Very spicy, full of flavour. Mine came out a little too liquid. Perhaps a little longer in might have worked, although the tuna steaks were just right. Parents came around, everything came out right in the end.
