UK broadcasters Sky News may have broken ethical rules when they visited a Westminster Mad Hatter's Tea Party last week.

The report, which the uploader shared on Facebook under the “Friends only” setting, isn't embeddable. The clip was filmed at Pottersfield Park, next door to Tower Bridge and City Hall. “The government hope we'll have more options for our savings and ultimately a brighter retirement as a result,” Jason Farrell reports in the 16-second clip.

More interesting than the debate on pensions is the large, slightly green-tinted cake decorated with stars and flowers- and according to the uploader who is featured in the video- infused with a large lump of cannabis.
